Adrian Gomez is the Director of Operations at Willis Johnson Wealth, where he oversees four core teams: Investments, Investment Operations, Client Operations, and Firm Administration. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has taken an active role as a member of the Leadership Team and Compliance Team, helping guide strategic decision-making, ensure regulatory alignment, and support the firm’s long-term growth.

As a leader, Adrian views his role as an obstacle remover, clearing roadblocks so teams can focus on what matters most: serving clients and driving results. He is committed to creating an environment where people can thrive, processes run efficiently, and talent develops into the next generation of leadership. Passionate about building scalable systems and fostering professional development, Adrian combines strategic insight with practical execution to help Willis Johnson Wealth remain adaptable, compliant, and client-focused in a rapidly evolving industry.

Adrian received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he developed a strong foundation in systems thinking and process improvement.

Outside the office, he enjoys traveling and keeping up with the NFL, with a particular passion for cheering on his Dallas Cowboys. He values time with friends and family, and he and his wife love exploring Houston’s diverse food scene together.
