What We Offer

Competitive Pay
and Benefits

  • Insurance: We pay 100% of employees’ medical, vision, long-term disability, and dental insurance premiums, including spouses and children.
  • HSA plans: We contribute $1,500 annually for individuals and $3,000 for families.
  • 401(K) Contributions: We make a 3-6% safe harbor contribution, based on tenure, plus an additional 1-4% if yearly goals are met.
  • Life Insurance: We provide $50,000 for employee protection.
