Alicea Hoffman

Alicea Hoffman joined Willis Johnson Wealth in September 2025 as an Investment Operations Associate. In this role, she supports the advisory team by executing trades and ensuring accurate billing. She believes that attention to detail and awareness of how operational decisions can affect clients are essential to her work, and she approaches each task with clear communication and accountability. 

Before joining WJW, Alicea gained experience in both the financial services and oil and gas industries. She began her career as a Business Development Manager with an oil and gas exploration company before moving into a Paraplanner role, where she developed her interest in investments and operations. These experiences provided her with a strong foundation for her current responsibilities in investment operations. 

Alicea holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Texas State University – San Marcos. She maintains her Series 65 license and earned her Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential in 2021. She has also previously held her Series 7, Series 63, and Life & Health General Lines licenses. Her background and credentials contribute to her ability to support both the firm and its clients effectively. 

Outside of the office, Alicea enjoys hiking, exercising, reading, and traveling with her significant other. She has a strong interest in technology and music, having played the cello for 12 years, and enjoys challenging herself to learn new systems. At home, she spends time with her four cats and one dog.
