He believes successful operations teams do more than solve problems; they proactively prevent them through organization, communication, and accountability, allowing advisors to focus on serving clients with confidence.
Hunter earned a degree in Finance with a concentration in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Houston and obtained his Series 65 license in 2023. He has worked in financial services for more than 10 years, including the past six years in wealth management. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in client operations, workflow management, onboarding, process improvement, and operational leadership within a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA). He has also taken on increasing leadership responsibilities involving training, recruiting, mentorship, team development, process design, and project management.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Hunter is passionate about mentorship, leadership development, and helping others grow both personally and professionally. He values building strong relationships and believes genuine service is foundational to earning trust within any community. He also volunteers as a coach for local baseball and basketball organizations, where he enjoys helping young athletes develop confidence, discipline, and teamwork.
Outside the office, Hunter enjoys spending time with his wife, Joie, and their two sons, Brycen and Slater. He enjoys golfing, cooking, reading, and following sports, especially Houston Cougars athletics. Whether grilling outdoors, watching college basketball, or spending time with family and friends, Hunter values creating meaningful experiences with the people closest to him and is always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact.
