CLIENT DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Jeff Hund joined Willis Johnson Wealth in 2025 as a Client Development Specialist. In this role, he builds relationships with prospective clients and serves as a first point of contact, guiding them toward the firm’s advisors who can best support their financial goals.
Guided by the firm’s fiduciary principle, Jeff is committed to putting clients’ best interests first. Before joining WJW, Jeff spent more than seven years in business development, account management, and digital marketing at companies including Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments. That mix of experience gave him the ability to break down complex ideas, ask the right questions, and help people feel understood. His goal in every conversation is to provide clarity and a sense of direction from the start.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Houston. His academic foundation in Marketing honed his ability to understand people, communicate clearly, and build trust. He carries those skills into his work at WJW, where he focuses on creating lasting relationships so prospective clients feel valued and supported as they begin their financial journey.
Jeff is currently preparing for the Series 65 exam to expand his knowledge of investment advisory. He views professional growth as a responsibility, not only to himself but to the clients who trust him as their first point of contact.
Outside of work, Jeff enjoys exercising, reading, hiking, and traveling. He gravitates toward books on history, finance, philosophy and personal development, using them to sharpen his perspective and challenge his thinking. Hiking gives him time to reset and traveling allows him to experience new cultures and environments that broaden his outlook. These interests keep him balanced, curious, and continually learning, which are qualities he brings back to his role with clients.
