Jessica Coelho

Jessica Coelho joined Willis Johnson Wealth in 2025 as Office Manager. She creates a welcoming and professional environment for clients from the moment they first interact with the firm. Behind the scenes, Jessica supports both the advisors and staff by managing office logistics, coordinating internal processes, and maintaining the systems that keep the team running smoothly. 

Jessica believes the client experience starts with operational excellence. When the office runs seamlessly, advisors are more prepared and clients feel confident and cared for. With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, Jessica works to remove friction from day-to-day operations and create an environment where the team can thrive. 

Her responsibilities span vendor coordination, scheduling, compliance support, HR functions, and ensuring that internal procedures are organized and adaptable to the evolving needs of the firm. She defines success as a calm, well-functioning workplace where everyone has the tools and structure to focus on clients without disruption. 

Jessica earned her B.S. in Psychology from Texas A&M University and holds certifications in Project Management and as a Public Notary. Though new to the wealth management industry, she brings over eight years of experience in administrative and operations roles, including three years supporting executive leadership. Her past work in healthcare and energy instilled her with a strong sense of confidentiality, compliance, and the ability to pivot quickly in fast-paced environments. 

Outside the office, Jessica enjoys staying active through CrossFit-style workouts and spending time at her local gym, District H Strength & Fitness, where she often volunteers for community events. She and her wife support animal rescue efforts and have fostered several pets. At home, Jessica is likely reading romantic fantasy novels to reach her 60-book goal for the year. She also enjoys hosting themed dinner nights with friends, complete with homemade desserts and picture-perfect charcuterie boards.
