Jonathan Partridge

As a Client Operations Specialist at Willis Johnson Wealth, Jonathan helps streamline and support the firm’s tax processes to help clients experience a smooth, organized, and stress-free tax season. With a strong belief in attention to detail and follow-through, he approaches each task with the understanding that acting in a fiduciary capacity requires precision, consistency, and deep respect for the trust clients place in the firm. 

In his role, Jonathan supports the tax team by preparing fee quotes, drafting client proposals, e-filing tax returns, and managing the tax billing process. He is committed to “doing the little things right,” helping clients have accurate information and receive the most appropriate pricing for their tax services. Success, to Jonathan, looks like proactive, timely internal support and a tax season where workflows run more efficiently because of his contributions. 

Before joining WJW in December 2025, Jonathan earned his bachelor's degree in Agribusiness with a minor in Economics from Texas A&M University. He previously held an operational role in the industrial waste sector, where he maintained regulatory compliance across multiple highly regulated industries and partnered with oil and gas companies across various states. He also interned in private market investments at Memorial Hermann. He is currently working toward earning his Series 65 license. 

Jonathan enjoys giving back to the community and is involved with Texas A&M Rugby FC and volunteers at C.H.A.R.M. Prison Ministry as part of his commitment to serving others. 

Outside the office, Jonathan enjoys lifting weights, grilling, spending time with friends and family, and taking care of the stray dogs he tends to bring home. On weekends, you can often find him at the gym, out in nature, or cheering at an Aggie football game. He takes pride in bench pressing 370lbs and loves staying active through hiking, camping, and sports. Known for helping people talk through challenges and organize their schedules or finances, Jonathan brings a thoughtful, supportive presence to both his work and personal life.
