Karlee Davis

Karlee Davis serves as a Client Operations Associate at Willis Johnson Wealth, after joining the firm in 2025. In her role, Karlee provides critical support to the Wealth Management team, ensuring seamless operations across client services. Her belief in selfless service and her dedication to continuous growth underscore her approach to client support. 

Karlee is guided by the principles of hard work, clear communication, and meticulous attention to detail. She measures success through improved operational efficiency and exceptional client service delivery. Her strengths in organization, time management, and problem-solving enable her to create innovative solutions to operational challenges. 

Karlee graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas A&M University in 2024 with a bachelor's degree in Finance and a minor in Economics. Her academic and internship experiences in the oil and gas industry, as well as private wealth management, provided her with a well-rounded foundation in financial services and operations. 

During her time at Texas A&M, Karlee actively contributed to her community through initiatives such as Aggies Achieve and Habitat for Humanity. She also developed her leadership and communication skills through participation in Aggie Accounting Association and Aggie Toastmasters. 

Outside of work, Karlee enjoys yoga, exploring new walking trails, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. She values personal growth and can often be found discovering new workout classes, reading, or enjoying the outdoors.
