Makemma Wolff, CFP®, joined Willis Johnson Wealth full-time in 2025 after interning with the firm during the summer of 2022. As an Associate Wealth Manager, Makemma leverages her attention to detail to translate complex financial planning strategies into clear, actionable steps for clients. She acts as a second set of eyes for senior advisors, helping to maintain high standards of quality so clients receive thoughtful, precise guidance.
Grounded in her belief in fiduciary responsibility, Makemma is committed to transparency and client education. She takes pride in making clients feel heard, addressing their concerns, and building the peace of mind that comes from knowing their financial future is in good hands.
Makemma earned her bachelor's degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University, where she initially pursued pre-law before discovering her passion for financial planning. She completed three internships during her senior year, gaining experience as a client-facing service advisor helping to manage the needs of numerous client relationships. She obtained her Series 65 license in 2023 and became a CFP® professional in 2024.
Outside of WJW, Makemma has supported her community by volunteering with VITA, offering free income-tax preparation services for low-income families. Beyond the office, Makemma is passionate about fitness such as running, yoga, or Pilates, and enjoys cheering on Texas Tech football. She also loves cooking with a glass of wine, reading, and caring for her plants and two dogs. Most importantly, she cherishes time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews.
