Morgan Johnston

Morgan Johnston joined Willis Johnson Wealth in 2026 on the Client Operations team and is a participant in the firm’s Residency Program. In her role, she works closely with the Wealth Management team to support day-to-day operations and help provide a smooth, positive experience for clients.

After starting her career in the oil and gas industry, Morgan transitioned into wealth management, bringing a strong analytical background and a passion for helping others achieve their financial goals.

Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, problem-solving, and exceptional client service, Morgan approaches every challenge with precision and attention to detail. To her, success is measured through operational excellence, strong client relationships, and contributing to a collaborative team environment. With a background in engineering, she believes it provides a unique perspective, enabling thoughtful analysis, process improvement, and effective communication.

Morgan earned a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from the University of Kentucky. Before joining Willis Johnson Wealth, Morgan managed complex systems, optimized processes, and collaborated across teams, which helped her build a strong foundation for a successful career in financial services.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys doing home improvement projects, taking Pilates classes, and trying out new Houston restaurants. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling whenever she gets the chance, and staying active.
