Emma Touchet

Emma Touchet joined Willis Johnson Wealth in 2026 as an HR Coordinator, supporting the firm’s People and Development initiatives. In her role, she helps deliver a high-touch, relationship-driven experience for candidates, new hires, and employees alike. Emma believes that a well-run HR function is one where people never have to wonder if they are being taken care of, and where every interaction feels intentional, timely, and personal. To her, HR is not just about processes. It is about creating an environment where people feel valued from their very first touchpoint with the firm.

Emma plays a key role in recruiting coordination, candidate communication, onboarding, employee engagement, and the WJW Residency Program. She manages interview logistics, supports hiring workflows, and helps maintain organized systems that allow the firm to operate efficiently behind the scenes. Her approach is rooted in the belief that strong structure enables better human experiences. When processes run smoothly, people can focus on building meaningful connections. She takes pride in being a reliable, behind-the-scenes force, ensuring candidates feel informed, new hires feel welcomed, and employees feel consistently supported.

Emma graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration, where she built a strong foundation in organizational systems, compliance, and people-centered operations. Prior to joining WJW, she gained hands-on HR experience as an intern at St. David’s Medical Center. There, she led weekly onboarding sessions, managed compliance documentation, and coordinated across multiple HR systems, experience that equipped her to step into a dynamic, fast-growing environment with confidence.

Outside of the office, Emma enjoys baking, getting lost in a good book, and traveling whenever she can. Whether she is perfecting a new recipe, exploring a new city, or spending quality time with friends and family, she values being fully present and making the most of meaningful moments.
