Rachel Lockhart

Rachel Lockhart joined Willis Johnson Wealth in 2024 as the Culture and Talent Development Manager. Her mission is to support and empower WJW’s employees, ensuring they have the resources and encouragement to provide unparalleled client service. Rachel believes that a company’s greatest asset is its people, and she is dedicated to fostering a workplace where every team member feels valued and understands their critical role in the firm’s success. 

In her role, Rachel oversees the growth and development of WJW’s employees while partnering with leadership to attract top talent aligned with the company’s culture and objectives. Her pragmatic, people-centered approach emphasizes leveraging the unique strengths of the firm and its individuals to address challenges and achieve collective goals. 

Rachel earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to joining WJW, she gained nearly seven years of experience in HR at Dell Technologies, along with roles in sales and HR within the nonprofit and technology sectors. These experiences equipped her with a versatile skill set, including strategic thinking, talent management, and project execution. 

When not at work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and friends, exploring Houston’s diverse food scene, and hunting for hidden treasures at local antique shops. An active member in her church and community, she supports causes related to child welfare and volunteers with Houston’s Pregnancy Help Center.
