Sofia Ramos is the Administrative Assistant at Willis Johnson Wealth and joined the team in January 2026. She serves as the first point of connection for clients visiting the office, helping create a welcoming and organized experience from the moment they arrive. Her work includes coordinating schedules, supporting front desk operations, and helping make each interaction reflect the firm’s commitment to thoughtful, client-centered service.
In her day-to-day role, Sofia manages client logistics and administrative coordination to keep office operations running smoothly. Through clear communication and strong organization, she helps advisors and team members stay focused on delivering high-quality financial planning. She measures success by how comfortable and supported clients feel throughout their time with the firm.
Her approach is rooted in attentiveness and anticipation, noticing the small details that make a visit feel seamless. Sofia values consistency and professionalism and believes that trust is built through reliable support and positive client experiences.
Before joining WJW, Sofia developed a strong operational foundation in a fast-paced environment, strengthening her skills in scheduling, workflow coordination, and client-facing communication. She holds an Associate of Science in Education from Texas State University and is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in supply chain management through Western Governors University, reflecting her ongoing commitment to growth and operational excellence.
Texas born and raised, Sofia values community involvement and volunteers with Lunches of Love, a nonprofit dedicated to helping end childhood hunger in Fort Bend County. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, training for an upcoming half marathon, and spending time with her two dogs, Bauer & Buford, bringing the same energy and intention to her personal life as she does to her work.
