Stella Hoover

Stella Hoover joined the Willis Johnson Wealth team in 2024 as an Investment Analyst. She brings a wealth of expertise to her role and a proven track record of providing invaluable support to Portfolio Managers and Equity Research teams. Stella is dedicated to identifying potential investment opportunities and helping investors achieve their financial goals. 

Stella’s commitment to excellence extends beyond her professional roles, evidenced by her educational achievements and certifications. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Donghua University in Shanghai, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®). Additionally, she is a Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA) certified by the Corporate Finance Institute, is fluent in both English and Mandarin, and is expanding her language skills by learning Spanish. 

Born in Shanghai and after spending over a decade living and working in Singapore, Stella’s diverse cultural upbringing enriches her global perspective. Since relocating to Houston with her husband in 2023, she has embraced the city as her home and is proud to be a part of its vibrant community. 

Outside of her professional endeavors, Stella is an avid traveler who delights in exploring different cultures and cuisines. She also enjoys staying active by participating in fitness classes and tackling obstacle races alongside her husband.
