Abrin Berkemeyer joined Willis Johnson & Associates in 2025 as a Senior Wealth Manager. In his role, Abrin creates personalized financial plans and investment strategies to help clients gain both clarity and confidence. His work centers on helping clients make informed decisions that align with their goals so they can focus more on what matters most in life.
Abrin's approach is rooted in a deep understanding of each client's personal situation. He emphasizes honest dialogue and clear communication to build trust and ensure his advice evolves with clients' needs over time. With a background in actuarial mathematics, Abrin brings a risk-aware perspective to every plan, simplifying complex topics and identifying opportunities to support client’s long-term financial goals.
Since entering the industry in 2017 with a fee-only advisory firm, Abrin has offered holistic guidance across retirement planning, investment management, estate planning, risk management, and tax strategy. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Mathematics from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts. Abrin became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional in 2019 and later earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® (AIF®) designation in 2020 and Certification for Long-Term Care™ (CLTC®) in 2023.
He defines success through the strength of the relationships he builds and the progress his clients make toward their goals. He takes pride in seeing clients grow more confident in their plans for their futures.
Abrin remains active in the financial planning community and values opportunities to give back. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association of Houston, serves as a CFP® Board mentor, contributed to the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® curriculum, and has been featured in several media outlets.
Outside the office, Abrin enjoys reading, exploring new restaurants, walking Memorial Park, and connecting with peers in the local professional community. Originally from Maine, he makes regular trips to the Northeast to visit family and spend time with his niece.
