Bekah Broad, MS, CFP®, CSA, is a Wealth Manager at Willis Johnson Wealth who joined the firm in July 2020. She is passionate about helping clients gain clarity around their goals and creating practical strategies to help them move forward with confidence. For Bekah, financial planning is a unique blend of relationship-building and technical expertise, allowing her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of the individuals and families she serves. She believes that genuine care, attention to detail, and a fiduciary mindset are essential to delivering comprehensive financial planning and exceptional client service.
With more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bekah holds a Master’s Degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies, also from Texas Tech. She earned her Series 65 license in 2008, became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional in 2013, and obtained the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) designation in 2026. Prior to entering financial services, Bekah worked full-time in customer service while attending college, an experience that strengthened her work ethic, problem-solving abilities, time management skills, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
During her time at Willis Johnson Wealth, Bekah has advanced from Associate Wealth Manager to Wealth Manager while taking on numerous leadership and mentorship responsibilities. She led the firm’s mentorship program for three years, has played a key role in improving internal processes and procedures, has helped train and develop new team members, and was instrumental in the creation of the Wealth Management and Operations Task Force. Her commitment to collaboration and service has earned her the firm’s “T in Team” award twice. Bekah defines success by the strength of the relationships she builds with clients, measured through their satisfaction, loyalty, and willingness to refer those they care about most.
Beyond her work with clients, Bekah is deeply involved in her community. She serves as a Board Member for Single Mom Scholars Houston, an organization dedicated to helping single mothers pursue higher education by providing support, resources, and community. She is also a long-standing member of the Financial Planning Association and actively supports organizations focused on children, animals, trafficking survivors, and individuals affected by Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease. Within the firm, she founded the unofficial WJW book club, Bulls, Bears & Bestsellers, which continues to bring team members together through a shared love of reading.
Outside the office, Bekah enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with her dog, reading fiction, attending comedy shows, crafting, decorating, organizing, and playing board and card games. One of her proudest accomplishments is earning her CFP® certification after multiple attempts, a reflection of the perseverance and determination that continue to guide her both personally and professionally. Her clients and colleagues know her as someone who listens closely, remembers the details that matter, and genuinely cares about helping others succeed.
