Mitchell LeRoy, CFP®

WEALTH MANAGER

Mitchell LeRoy, CFP® is a Wealth Manager at Willis Johnson Wealth, where he helps individuals, families, and corporate professionals navigate important financial decisions and build personalized strategies aligned with their goals, values, and long-term vision.

Since joining the firm in 2020 as a Paraplanner, Mitchell has advanced through increasingly responsible advisory roles, first transitioning to Associate Wealth Manager before becoming a Wealth Manager. Today, he works closely with clients to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans that integrate investment management, retirement planning, tax strategies, estate planning considerations, and cash flow planning.

Mitchell's approach is rooted in a simple belief: the best financial advice starts with listening. By taking the time to understand each client's unique circumstances and priorities, he helps bring clarity to complex financial decisions and develops strategies designed to support long-term success. He believes financial planning is about more than investments. It's about helping people make informed decisions around the things that matter most.

Before joining Willis Johnson Wealth, Mitchell gained experience working with individuals, families, and corporate executives, reinforcing his commitment to a client-first, fiduciary approach to wealth management. He defines success by the trust he builds with clients and considers his work most rewarding when clients view him as a valued resource and trusted advisor for life's important financial decisions.

Mitchell earned a Bachelor of Science in Personal Financial Planning from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) certification, which he has maintained for more than five years. His professional expertise includes comprehensive financial planning, retirement planning, investment management, and tax-efficient wealth strategies. He joined Willis Johnson Wealth as a Paraplanner and, through a combination of technical expertise, client service, and leadership development, progressed into his current role as Wealth Manager.

Outside the office, Mitchell is a dedicated Wisconsin sports fan and lifelong hockey enthusiast. Whether cheering on the Green Bay Packers, Milwaukee Brewers, or Wisconsin Badgers, sports have long been a major part of his life. He jokes that waiting more than 30 years for Green Bay Packers season tickets has taught him a great deal about patience and persistence. When he's not working with clients, Mitchell can often be found traveling, trying new restaurants, feeding his sourdough starter, attending sporting events, or spending time outdoors with family and friends.
